Well today is the day we’ve all been waiting on/ dreading! Today is the last day the James P Perkins dental office will be open to the public. On behalf of Dr Perkins and the staff we want to thank all of our patients for their support all of these years and we will all cherish the family atmosphere that you all helped to create. Dr Perkins has supported the community for 40 years and has loved meeting and making memories with you all. Thank you again and we all hope to see you out and about as we venture into our next chapter in life!

The rumors are true! Dr Perkins is retiring at the end of June! We are going to contact all appointments that are scheduled after that but if you have any questions please feel free to call 731-648-9000. We have loved and enjoyed all our patients just like they were family! On to new chapters in life!

As of May 11 we will be back in the office as a soft opening. We will be working on rescheduling appointments that were postponed due to Covid-19. We are still under a lot of restrictions and have to make precautions, so please be patient as we work on getting back in the swing of things.

We are not allowing patients to walk in to make appointments or payments at this time. This is to manage the flow of people in the building.

When coming to your scheduled appointment please call to let us know you are here. Wait in you car and someone will come get you. Only the patient is allowed in the building unless the patient is a minor and then only 1 parent/guardian may come in with them.

Please don't be late for your appointment. The new way we have to schedule appointments right now to space patients out and to adhere to extra disinfecting strategies, we WILL have to reschedule for a later date.

At first we will NOT be booking a full schedule overlapping patients as we were before. This is for your protection as well as our staffs. If you had an appointment that was postponed due to Covid-19 we have you on a list and will be contacting you to work you back in the schedule. Please be patient as this is unchartered territory for us all!

We are all very excited to be able to see our patients again! Thank you all for your patience during this pandemic!

Due to the executive order by the Governor, we are temporarily postponing all nonessential appointments. If you have an emergency please leave a message as we will be checking them periodically. We will be in contact with all scheduled patients to reschedule the nonessential procedures. Thank you for your patience in this difficult time.
