We are officially building the waitlist for our new Disciple Jiu-Jitsu Afterschool Program.

Our goal is to run it the final 4 weeks of THIS SCHOOL year and then launch it permanently next year.

This won’t be babysitting.
This will be purpose.

Your children will:

✅ Learn real Jiu-Jitsu
✅ Decompress after school in a healthy, structured environment
✅ Build strong friendships
✅ Grow in confidence and discipline

Some days will be harder physical education days focused on strength, conditioning, resilience, sport Jiu-Jitsu training, and controlled competition.

Other days will focus on the self-defense side of Jiu-Jitsu with skill development, technique refinement, and practical application.

We will read the Bible.
We will teach self-defense.
We will teach kids to care for those around them.

Don't miss this opportunity to give back! The Weakley County, Tennessee Health Department has joined forces with the Obion County Health Department to designate a Weakley County donation location for Charlee Kate's Coat Drive. New donated coats will be provided to children in foster care, right here, in Northwest Tennessee. The drive will be going on through the end of the month of February. Contact the Weakley County Health Department with questions, and thanks for making a difference in the lives of children in foster care!

Our hearts are so full after Stella’s Sweet Day at Cupkate’s 💕

Because of your generosity, love, and support, we are overjoyed to share that just over $1,000 was raised for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. At the close of the day, Kate felt led to increase the bakery’s donation to 30% of the day’s proceeds, and when combined with direct donations, the impact was truly incredible.

We are endlessly thankful for our giving community, for sweet Stella and her big heart, and for the lifesaving, hope-filled work St. Jude does every single day. Watching our bakery family come together for something bigger than ourselves is why Cupkate’s exists. 💕

Alex is a native here in Tennessee, graduating from Henry County High School in 1989. She worked at McKenzie Medical Center for over 10 years and worked at Gleason Clinic after the passing of JC Cary, PA. Thereafter she lived in Canada for 5 years and provided care in North Dakota and then returned here. She couldnt stay away! She enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, reading, kayaking, and gardening. She would be thrilled to care for your whole family, even the brand new babies as she serves all ages.
