Some Galentine’s Day moments from this week 💕

Our DCS, Isabella—who’s also an amazing baker—led a hands-on cooking group where clients made sugar cookies from scratch and decorated them together. From mixing and baking to getting creative with icing, it was a fun way to connect, learn, and celebrate community.

Moments like these remind us that healing can happen through creativity, shared experiences, and a little sweetness along the way.

At Aster Springs, we believe small moments of care can make a meaningful difference in emotional well-being. Today, take a breath, check in with yourself, and honor what you need.

Save this as a reminder or share it with someone who could use a moment of encouragement today. 💛
