Last week, we were proud to host an open house event to celebrate the opening of the new Aster Springs Tennessee Harpeth House, welcoming our clinical partners and community. The evening was filled with meaningful connections, great conversation, festive décor, and wreath making as guests explored the new space.

Our team and clients celebrated the season with a cozy apple cider bar, hot chocolate station, and the creation of an Aster Springs Favorite Recipe Cookbook — highlighting the nourishing recipes that make our community special.

From a girl and her horse to Vanilla Boost & Chocolate Boost, Deer in Headlights, and plenty of moody fall vibes, the creativity and connection were on full display. 🎃✨

This fall at Aster Springs Outpatient Cincinnati, clients took part in expressive arts activities designed to promote self-compassion, reflection, and emotional healing.

During the “Progress Over Perfection Pumpkin Patch” activity, clients decorated pumpkins with empowering affirmations and recovery-focused messages—encouraging gratitude, self-kindness, and an appreciation for progress over perfection. 🎃

These fall-inspired projects blended creativity with therapeutic reflection, reminding clients that healing—like the changing seasons—is a continual process of growth, renewal, and transformation. 🍂
