šJAMES RIVER MFR CAN HELP YOUR GUTS?š
Yes indeedy! Generally folks tend to think MFR solely helps with muscular-skeletal pain.
Ow, my neck! Ow, my back! Oh no, my IBS?
Yes. And not only IBS. Fascia weaves through every system in your body. Not JUST muscles and bones. So our guts are supported and organized by fascia too, when happy. When scarred or stressed, fascia turns into a straight jacket and your guts are not having a good day.
And if your guts aren't having a good day, they will cause angst in other parts of your body. I knew this in MFR originally and with added education from my Visceral Manipulation classes. Like a restricted liver can be a cause for right sided back, neck, or shoulder pain. Left sided sciatica can be caused by a restricted sigmoid colon. A restricted sigmoid can also be locally responsible for IBS, colitis, SIBO for example.
And know, we also have a gall bladder, stomach, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, adrenals, small intestines. Lots of parts that need their own space to function optimally.
Scar tissue in your abdominal area, NO MATTER THE SCAR'S SIZE, can create digestive pain, pelvic pain, poor digestion, slow digestive motility, diarrhea, constipation, poor circulation and/or lymph flow in the pelvis, legs, and feet.
Any of this can crank on your posture b/c our bodies tend to tighten up/shield up around weak or hurting areas to avoid or minimize ticking it off more. Now your shoulders, neck, and/or back starts to round. Vertebrae slowly creeps closer together, collapsing on the discs and nerves. Your attention is constantly robbed by your pain. Now,.... you feel like you are trapped inside pain, discomfort, stress.
So just know, James River MFR, b/c of the nature and deeeeep influence of fascia, can help not just your muscular-skeletal pain, but also your guts too.
I've seen a lot of positives with digestive issues, pooping and peeing issues, muscular-skeletal pain that restricted organs were causing through clientele I treated here at James River MFR.
