LONGEVITY SYMPOSIUM
Improving Longevity through an Optimized Health Span

Optimal Healthcare is pleased to announce that we are planning to host our first wellness symposium in 2026. The focus will be on Optimizing Longevity through a natural, holistic approach. We are currently in the process of securing a venue as well as the speakers and vendors for this event.

Audience: Anyone & Everyone Interested in attending.
Event Price: To Be Determined.

Speakers: to be announced, but we are already in the process of arranging this. There will be formal lectures on specific topics addressing Nutrition, Stress, Hormones, the Musculoskeletal System, and Natural Remedies to improve longevity.

Date: May 16 (tentative on securing the venue).
Time: 10 am to 4 pm.

Vendor Station: Various businesses focused on health promotion through their products or services.

Immersion Stations: We hope to offer a diverse range of options, including massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, and exercise training.

WHIPPED PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE BODY SCRUB🎃

In preparation for the event Saturday, I created a really delicious whipped body scrub made with all natural ingredients! Our skin is the largest organ of our body so it’s good to be mindful of what products we are using. I absolutely love coffee and pumpkin spice so this was a treat to make and test out, especially since the texture is awesome 😍

Made with organic: coconut oil, raw shea butter, vitamin E oil (amazing for the skin!), vanilla, brown sugar, granulated sugar, coconut sugar, ground coffee, pumpkin spice, ground cinnamon, corn starch (so it doesn’t leave you greasy!!!)
