With the recent ruling of NYSRPA v. Bruen declaring New York state's "Proper-cause" requirement a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, and Maryland Governor Larry Hogan's order to the Maryland State Police to cease application of the "Good and Substantial" Clause for the Maryland Wear and Carry Permit, a number of you will undoubtedly begin exercising your Second Amendment rights after completing the process.

With this in mind, I have decided to offer FREE Stop the Bleed courses, as well as training on how to effectively render aid in an active threat environment to anyone who produces a valid Maryland Wear and Carry Permit.

Course size is limited to 10 attendants.

Don't just pick up the skill to take lives: Learn to save them, as well.

With an increase in threats and risk to personal safety, steps need to be taken to train the public on how to properly save a life.

As an unarmed bystander, you may not be able to effectively engage an attacker, but you can still help.

Take a certificate First Aid course, take a formal Stop the Bleed course, take a CPR course. If you don't know where the kits are located in your school or office, don't just learn where they are, but learn how to use them.

You may not be able to stop the wounding or the killing, but your own two hands can stop the dying.
