Last night was INSANE to say the least. I was assaulted physically and emotionally by someone who is friends with someone I know. I am OK physically, but mentally that person knew the right words to say to get to me (emotionally), “You’re not s**t you f’ing fat b***ch”
Women are torn down daily, and it is NOT OK! I know I am not the words that person spoke, and I have worked insanely hard to believe and know I am fu***ng AMAZING! Do not ever stand by and let someone value your worth, what they believe is a reflection of them, not you! 😘

I’m about to be a littler vulnerable here, so so get ready!!!
The picture on the left is from June 6th, pic on the right is from TODAY! Can you guess the difference between the two photos? It’s NOT weight loss and definitely NOT a diet! I weigh the exact same in both photos and I eat what I want 🤯

The difference is happiness 🥳
As some of you know, I moved back to DC in April. This was the change I needed. I could not longer live where I was living because it was not filling me up with JOY every day and I needed to be back in my happy place, DC 💙
In June I was working out at home still but I was still unmotivated to do a lot like I was used to because I had this feeling of just being stuck with my routine. In August, I decided to join to add into my routine with and these are the RESULTS from a short almost 3 months of going to MAD 4-5x per week and [solidcore] 2x per week 😍 I have never been happier because of my move and finally having my life back! I can’t wait to see where I will be in the next three months 💪🏻

How it started vs. How it’s going 🤯
19 years ago the pic in the left was taken. This was me in high school before I loved myself, when I was trying to figure my own s**t out, when I was lost in the mix, when I just wanted to stand out but also tried to find a place to fit in, before I knew what it was like to take care of myself and my own well being!
Flash forward 19 years later on the right, this is ME! The person who I always dreamed of being, the person I am so proud of today, the person I truly LOVE, who I am so happy to be every single day, the person who works out because I can not because I have to, the person who has been through all the HARD S**T and has made it on the other side, the true reason why I stopped thinking negatively about myself and positively and truly accepting me for me! Never stop trusting your own process and keep fighting for your happiness every day 😘
