π₯ Oven-Fried Lemon Chicken β Crispy Without the Fryer! π₯
Tonightβs chicken is seasoned with Gβs Core Blends Lemony Chicken Seasoning and finished with a light sprinkle of paprika right on the skin for that beautiful color and extra flavor. Simple, crispy, and full of flavor!
How I make it:
β’ Preheat oven to 400Β°F
β’ Season chicken generously with Gβs Core Blends Lemony Chicken Seasoning
β’ Sprinkle a little paprika directly on the chicken
β’ Place chicken on a wire rack sitting on top of a baking pan
β’ Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, turning once after 30 minutes
Why the wire rack matters:
When the chicken sits on a rack, the juices drip down onto the pan instead of soaking the chicken. That keeps the skin crispy all the way around.
If you place the chicken directly on the pan, the juices collect underneath and the bottom can get soft and a little soggy. The rack lets the heat circulate and gives you that oven-fried texture without deep frying.
