🎬✨ Thriving Together: A Night to Remember ✨🎬

We’re still feeling the excitement from the sold-out premiere of Thriving Together: The Power of Inclusion! Held at the Carroll Arts Center this powerful documentary brought our community together to celebrate inclusion, opportunity, and the incredible people at the heart of this story. 💙

The film features Spike, whose creativity and determination remind us what’s possible when people are supported to pursue their passions and build meaningful connections. We were honored to be part of this project alongside our partners at The Arc Carroll County Maryland, Target Community & Educational Services, Inc., and Penn-Mar Human Services whose stories and missions help bring this message to life.

As Dr. Robert Ireland shared, this project is a reminder of “the incredible things that can happen when people are given the right support and the chance to be seen for who they really are.” We’re incredibly proud to be part of this inspiring collaboration.

Meet Henry, an energetic and creative 11-year-old! Through the Ray of Hope grant, he has gained more access to tools that help him thrive and engage with the community while exploring his interests and passions. 💙✨

At Bello Machre, we believe everyone deserves the chance to grow and flourish. That’s why Ray of Hope provides up to $1,000 in funding each fiscal year to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities — no DDA eligibility required.

💙✨ Celebrating an Inspiring Night at BetterTogether! ✨💙

We were honored to join this year’s BetterTogether Celebration; an amazing community event hosted by Dawn and David Orso that brings local nonprofits and neighbors together to uplift one another. It was an unforgettable evening filled with connection, compassion, and meaningful support for our mission. 💛

We had an incredible time at this year’s Fall Vendor Event in Westminster! The room was full of conversations, handmade creations, and the amazing talents of the individuals supported through Community Development Services. From baked goods and artwork to handcrafted soaps and pet treats, the day was a beautiful reminder of the creativity and connection at the heart of Bello Machre. 💛

A huge thank you to the Carroll County Times for highlighting the amazing talent at our recent Carroll County Vendor Fair! The article features Kelly, who launched Kelly's Homemades after creating gentle, all-natural products for people with sensitive skin, and Billy, who sells handmade dog bandanas that everyone loved at the fair. They are just two of the many incredible entrepreneurs who have grown their businesses with support from Bello Machre.
