1️⃣ Standing Extensions (Cobras) – open up the front of your spine and undo that sitting slouch.
2️⃣ Seated Twists – restore rotation and loosen tight muscles.
3️⃣ Get Up & Walk – every 30–45 minutes. Movement keeps your joints lubricated and your discs happy.
