📞 We’re improving our phone system!
We know that reaching us by phone hasn’t always been easy, and we truly appreciate your patience. That’s why we’re excited to share that Integrated Medical Group has implemented a new phone answering system to better serve our patients!
You’ll now be greeted by Ron and Francis, who will be answering calls Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. They may have accents, but please don’t be alarmed — they’re here to help you! Be sure to provide all the information they request when scheduling your appointment so we can ensure everything is handled correctly.
Thank you for your understanding and support as we roll out this improvement. We’re confident this new system will help us deliver the level of care and service our patients deserve. 💙
