So many of us have such limited mobility in our hips from sitting for long periods of time throughout our day. Try these stretches along with light movement throughout your day. A little can go a long way. Get up at least every hour and move your body. You don’t have to be at the gym two hours a day to get the benefits of movement. Take the stairs at work, walk at lunch, just keep moving. Keep it simple. Your body and your mind will thank you!
