We're Hiring: 2 Immediate Part-Time Medical Secretary Openings!

Join our dedicated healthcare team. We are seeking 2 reliable, detail-oriented Medical Secretaries to fill immediate part-time openings for two shifts:

📍 Location: 70 Glen Street, Suite 300, Glen Cove, NY
🕐 Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🕐 Shift 2: 1:00 PM – 6:30 PM]
📅 Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Greet and check in patients
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Maintain and update patient records
Coordinate with clinical staff and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred (but we are willing to train)
Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

We have an immediate opening for a FT Medical Assistant, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus. Duties include but not limited to: patient flow,
prepping patients for treatment, stocking supplies, etc., Will train.
