Here’s how every class is structured, so you know exactly what to expect 👇

🔥 Warm-Up: Get the body moving and prepped for the work ahead.

💪 Strength or Skill: Build strength, refine technique, and focus on quality movement.

⚡ Conditioning: Push the pace, elevate the heart rate, and challenge yourself.

🧘 Cash-Out / Cool Down: Bring it back down, recover, and leave feeling accomplished.

The format stays consistent, but the workouts change every day to keep things fresh and effective. If you have injuries, limitations, or just need modifications, we’ll always adapt the workout to meet you where you’re at.

Toning is a myth. Building muscle is the real goal 💪

“Toning” doesn’t happen from high-rep dumbbell workouts. That style of training mainly builds muscular endurance, not shape.

To change the way your body looks, you need muscle growth + fat loss.
And muscle growth requires tension + progressive overload, which is best achieved with barbell movements:

🏋️‍♀️ Squat
🏋️ Bench Press
🏋️ Deadlift
🏋️ Shoulder Press

When you lift heavier (safely & properly), your body is forced to adapt → more lean muscle, more definition, stronger curves, higher metabolism.

If you want to look toned, the answer isn’t lighter weights — it’s stronger training.
