Your body is alive with color, energy, and wisdom. 🌈
In her book Just Feel, shares the exercise Feeling My Body with Color—a gentle practice that invites us to connect with each energy center: grounding, creativity, vitality, love, voice, wisdom, and spirit.
Take 5–10 minutes to journey through these colors. Pause where your body calls for more attention. Let your breath paint your awareness.
