I’m so excited to be part of something really meaningful.

I’ll be at the Freedom Walk with the Kirsten Haglund Foundation on April 25th, and I’ll be guiding a gentle yoga warm up before the walk to help everyone ground, connect, and arrive in their bodies before we begin.

This event supports those healing from eating disorders, something that is deeply close to my heart and the work I do every day.

I’ll also have a Laura Listens table there, so if you’re coming, please come say hi. I would love to connect with you in person.

Whether you join for the movement, the mission, or the community, this is such a beautiful space to be part of.

Come walk
Come connect
Come support healing

or you keep having the same conversations without really getting anywhere… you’re not alone.

Christine creates a space where both partners can feel heard, slow things down, and start understanding each other in a deeper way.

This isn’t about blame, it’s about reconnecting, rebuilding trust, and learning how to show up differently together.

She has 2 openings this week(and regularly) for couples sessions.
5pm Tuesdays
3pm Thursdays

If you’ve been thinking about getting support, this is a really good time to start.

Insurance and self pay accepted

Happy Spring 🌸🐰

Feeling so much gratitude this season… thank you to my friends for bringing so much magic and joy with the Easter Bunny 🐣✨

A gentle reminder as everything begins to bloom around us…
you don’t have to rush your own growth.
This is a time to open, expand, and also to rest.

Listen to your body.
Honor what you need.
There is beauty in both the blooming and the pause 🌷💛

What if eating disorder recovery isn’t just about changing behaviors… but about reclaiming your relationship with your body in a world that taught you to disconnect from it?

So much of what we call “recovery” focuses on control, food, and thoughts. But healing goes deeper than that. It’s about coming back home to yourself. It’s about choice, embodiment, and learning to trust your body again.

Eating disorders don’t exist in isolation. They are shaped by culture, systems, expectations, and lived experiences. And recovery can be a powerful act of reclaiming your voice, your body, and your autonomy.

If you’ve ever felt like healing is more than just “fixing symptoms”… you’re not alone.

In eating disorder recovery, it is essential to explore and understand an individual’s experience of themselves within the context of their environment.

Growth often begins when we lean into parts of ourselves that once felt unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

In this process group for therapists and providers, we will explore where personal growth is showing up in our lives right now. Maybe you’re learning to set boundaries, trusting your voice more, or connecting with your self-worth in a new way.

We’ll reflect together and use a simple art exercise to explore our growth by creating an image of ourselves as a plant or flower.

✨ Come share, reflect, and grow in community.
