What if eating disorder recovery isn’t just about changing behaviors… but about reclaiming your relationship with your body in a world that taught you to disconnect from it?

So much of what we call “recovery” focuses on control, food, and thoughts. But healing goes deeper than that. It’s about coming back home to yourself. It’s about choice, embodiment, and learning to trust your body again.

Eating disorders don’t exist in isolation. They are shaped by culture, systems, expectations, and lived experiences. And recovery can be a powerful act of reclaiming your voice, your body, and your autonomy.

If you’ve ever felt like healing is more than just “fixing symptoms”… you’re not alone.

Growth often begins when we lean into parts of ourselves that once felt unfamiliar or uncomfortable.

In this process group for therapists and providers, we will explore where personal growth is showing up in our lives right now. Maybe you’re learning to set boundaries, trusting your voice more, or connecting with your self-worth in a new way.

We’ll reflect together and use a simple art exercise to explore our growth by creating an image of ourselves as a plant or flower.

✨ Come share, reflect, and grow in community.

We gathered in circle to honor our dear sister Natalie as she prepares to welcome new life into the world.

Surrounded by candlelight, flowers, prayers, and loving hands, we created a sacred space to hold her in strength and softness. Each woman brought her presence, her blessings, and her intention, weaving together a circle of support that Natalie can carry with her into birth.

There were affirmations spoken, beads strung with love, stories shared, and quiet moments of connection. We honored the sacredness of birth and the deep wisdom of a woman stepping into motherhood.

Natalie, you are held.
You are supported.
You are surrounded by love.

What a beautiful night of sisterhood, devotion, and remembrance that birth is not meant to be walked alone.

So much love for you and your growing family.
