Over the weekend I wanted banana chocolate chip muffins. So I took a bunch of recipes and threw this together. Egg free, gluten free....

Mix the following together:
2 mashed bananas
1TB of egg replacer mixed with 2TB of water
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
peanut butter (I just dump what I think is necessary)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 TB oil
Once mixed, add:
5 Trader Joe's hot cocoa packets
Mix and add:
1/2 cup of oats
1 1/2 cups almond flour
And as much chocolate chips as you deem necessary . I used probably a cup

I underbaked them for some seriously fudgy deliciousness.
