This is a prayer I wrote for the beginning of this beautiful sacred time of the Holy Nights. The Holy Nights (December 24 – January 6)
The Holy Nights are a sacred, luminous window between Christmas Eve and Epiphany, when the veils are thin and the soul is especially receptive. Each night invites deep rest, reflection, and dreaming, allowing old cycles to release and new intentions to quietly seed. It is a time to listen inwardly, honor mystery, and attune to divine guidance as the light of the coming year gently forms within.
The prayer✨🙏🏼🎄🐳❤️
Beloved Divine Presence,
Source of Light, Love, and Eternal Breath,
and sacred Whales of the Great Deep—
on this holy Christmas Eve
we pause…
allowing the silence of still breath
to hold us as we rest.
We breathe You in,
filling our bodies with light and love.
We exhale,
releasing all old energies,
all that no longer serves,
and surrender into the gentle embrace of gravity.
As the world quiets beneath starlight,
may our hearts open like the deep ocean—
vast, receptive,
and radiant with holy mystery and light.
We call upon the ancient wisdom of the whales,
keepers of Earth’s memory,
who carry sacred songs through the waters of creation.
May their tones remind us of the original rhythm—
the breath that birthed stars, seas, and souls,
making our bodies living, holy temples.
Inhale… and exhale…
the sacred dance moving within us all.
On this night of sacred birth,
as the Christ Light enters the world once more,
may it also be born within us—
through our breath,
within our bodies,
through our choices,
and through our love.
Like the whales who journey great distances,
guided by deep inner knowing,
may we trust the unseen currents of the Divine,
gently carrying us toward peace, compassion,
truth, and love.
Wrap this Earth in mercy.
Soothe the grieving.
Awaken the weary.
Bless the children and the elders,
the waters and all creatures,
and those who feel forgotten.
Restore love and unity to every heart.
May every breath become a prayer.
May every heart remember its sacred origin.
May we rest tonight in the deep stillness of Divine Love,
held as tenderly as the sea holds her whales.
And as dawn approaches,
may we rise renewed—
carrying the Light,
singing our own sacred song,
anchored in love,
guided by grace.
Amen.
And so it is. 🤍🐋✨
Wishing you all a beautiful Christmas Eve🙏🏼🐳❤️✨
