As your holistic self-care coach, I partner with you by providing guidance along your path of personal discovery and creating clarity for taking back your power to be happy and healthy. We do that by establishing trust and identify where we need to focus on facilitating the best mind-body self-care for you. We are an energetic ball of history, and from that history, we come to our thoughts, and those thoughts create our emotions, those emotions create our patterns and habits. The same patterns and habits can impact our health. Mind-body self-care is establishing healthy habits energetically, physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally all essential to our overall well being. As holistic beings, when the negative patterns formed through lifestyle, past traumas, and unhealthy thought processes are allowed to continue over time, designing our story and increasing all the noise within that story the body’s cells down to the smallest particles energetically are influenced, altered and impacted. By allowing stress, anxiety, anger, depression, unresolved junk, and physical pain to become a poorly managed habit, we invite in on a DNA cellular level the opportunity for chronic illness to begin its manifestation. Cultivating healthy self-care complementary practices guided by your inner awareness can be essential for happiness, health, longevity, an overall higher quality of life.
