Nature as a Co-Coach: Viewing nature not just as a backdrop, but as an active participant in the coaching process, fostering an ecocentric perspective.
Integration: Can happen outdoors (forests, parks, gardens) or indoors (using natural light, metaphors, sounds).
Ecopsychology: Rooted in the understanding that human well-being is tied to the health of the natural world, addressing the self-nature divide.
Experiential Learning: Clients engage in activities like walking, observing, and reflecting in natural settings to gain insights.

Cost
Session are 50 minutes
$75 for in person session in a nature setting
$50 for a Zoom session

Forest Bathing Walks
~~ March through October ~~
These walks are usually about 2 hours long. I will have blankets for you to sit/lie on when needed. This is a leisurely walk over relatively flat land that ends with a short tea service. I will email everyone the day before the walk with information pertaining to weather, tea service, etc. You are welcome to bring any of the following: foldable chair, bottled water, or a journal. $40 per person.
