We excel in luxury relaxation massage as well as injury rehab, including aromatherapy as requested or preferred. Also, for sensitive or modest people counterstrain therapy can be done with clothes on!! We train and retrain muscle and nerves to function and move more pain free increasing flexibility, which for the athlete or worker will decrease recovery time, keep you on the field and in your profession and functioning more fully and consistently. For others who simply need a day off or "time out" our spa atmosphere with nature sounds, hot and cold therapy (warm and refreshing) can sooth and calm your mind and body to escape to that secret place helping you to relax and renew all things.
