We are honored to announce that Sarah Cullers, our exceptional Speech Pathologist, has been named TGR Healthcare’s Employee of the Year!
Not only was Sarah recognized as Employee of the Year at Western Hills, but she was also selected for this prestigious honor across the entire TGR Healthcare organization. Sarah truly embodies our company’s motto: “Where the people make a difference.”
Her unwavering dedication to our residents and fellow staff members is inspiring and a joy to witness. Sarah consistently goes above and beyond every single day for our Western Hills family.
In addition to her role as Speech Pathologist, Sarah is also the creative mind behind all of our Western Hills Healthcare Residence social media platforms. She has a unique gift for connecting with people—taking the time to truly get to know our residents and staff, and making each person feel genuinely valued and special.
