Despite treacherous roads and severe conditions, they put our residents first—arriving early, staying late, and making sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and cared for. Their compassion outshined the storm, their teamwork overcame every obstacle, and their selflessness reminded us what true caregiving looks like. They are the heart of what we do. ❤️
