Members of our clinical team recently attended her presentation at the ABAI Conference in Washington, DC, and left feeling deeply inspired by her story, insight, and passion for our field.⁣

🦋 Gayane Khachatryan is thrilled to join the incredible team at ERA Behavioral Solutions. In her role as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), she is focused on strengthening the organization’s compliance function, optimizing processes to enhance cross-functional coordination, and supporting data-informed decision making. She looks forward to collaborating closely with executive leadership to ensure ERA’s operational capacity continues to match its growth and long-term impact goals.⁣

🦋 Gayane brings extensive leadership experience from her work at the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) and the German-Armenian Fund. Her background spans financial markets, operations, and HR management. She has led and implemented key financial initiatives that supported sector development and helped small and medium-sized businesses grow and thrive. She has also served on management boards and participated in job evaluation and investment committees.⁣

🦋 Outside of work, Gayane’s passions include music and dancing. She loves traveling and exploring new cultures and traditions. She also enjoys playing badminton and spending quality time with her family and friends.⁣

🦋 This approval reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, ethical supervision and training in alignment with BACB® standards and CSUN’s Practica Handbook. We’re honored to partner with CSUN in supporting and mentoring future ABA professionals and leaders in our Southern California community.⁣

🦋 Narek Poghosyan began his journey at ERA Behavioral Solutions as a dedicated therapist and now he continues to support our team as a front desk coordinator. His experience working directly with clients has strengthened his communication skills, empathy, and understanding of the behavioral health field—all qualities that make him an essential part of our team.⁣
⁣
🦋 Narek is currently applying to UCLA, where he plans to study biotechnology management and psychology. His long-term goal is to combine both the scientific and behavioral aspects of healthcare by becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a surgeon. Although he knows the path will be challenging, Narek is determined to pursue both careers and inspire others to push through stress and obstacles to achieve their goals.⁣
⁣
🦋 Outside of work, Narek enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and focusing on personal growth. We’re so proud to have Narek as part of our team! Wish him the best of luck as he applies to his dream school.⁣
