Prenatal Yoga at Kula is a supportive space to move, breathe, and feel cared for during pregnancy. Classes are designed to help you feel more comfortable in your changing body, with gentle strength, mobility, and time to slow down.
🔺You don’t need yoga experience — guidance is clear, options are always offered, and everything is adapted to support where you are right now. Whether you’re feeling strong, tired, overwhelmed, or unsure of what movement is safe, this is a place to show up and be supported.
