According to NCIS data, the average number of new gun sales has surpassed 16 MILLION for the past years! An additional 16 million were for carry-conceal background checks in 2022! I'd say the average citizen is sick and tired of the high crime in this country. Now, get out there and get some quality training on safe use.

I'M BACK!!

Yes, I know. Where have I been!? Well, let me explain. I've been "off the grid" training for a new flying career. Bringing my former EMS career full circle by flying a Pilatus PC-12 air ambulance. Nice aircraft!

I'll soon be getting classes geared up for 2023: Women's Handgun and Self-Defense Fundamentals, Carry Concealed Fundamentals, CPR and First Aid, Mass Shooter Incident Fundamentals.

So, had a social media user make a comment regarding the cost of the Women's Handgun class. Specifically, the $125 seemed "a bit steep for a handgun class" and "does the cost come with the gun?"
Well, the obvious answer is "NO"...it does not cover the cost of a gun.
I understand what she was getting at. You can have someone teach you the basic Universal Safety Rules to gun handling in a matter of minutes. But, do you understand why the rules are written the way they are? There's so much more to learn beyond the safety rules.

To some, getting educated on the safe use of handguns appears expensive. However, for the same price as a party of four eating at a decent restaurant, you can garner more information about handgun use than can be processed in one class.

That yummy meal will soon be flushed down the toilet.

But a solid education centered around proper and safe handgun use will last a lifetime.

Prioritize what's important, my friends!
