Flex Motion Physical Therapy Your experience with us begins with a detailed evaluation. We offer personal-training, monthly passes to use the facility, massage therapy and Zoomba classes.

At Flex Motion Physical Therapy we will tailor a personalized treatment plan that emphasis an efficient balance of complete healing, speed of recovery and future prevention. This allows your friendly physical therapist to identify movement dysfunctions, establish your starting point, and set appropriate goals. Our hands-on care approach uses a combination of manual mobilization, manipulation, and exercise and benefits from electrical and heat and cold modalities when necessary. Along with in office treatment, our staff will customize a directed home exercise program to ensure a speedy and full recovery. Complete healing requires your active participation while receiving treatment at our clinic and at home. We encourage you to maintain your gains by participating in a lifelong program of activity and other healthy lifestyle practices. Please see our Services page for more information.
