We had the privilege of serving 45 families at Vineyard Church's food pantry, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team that stood beside us. Every smile, every box packed, every moment spent giving back reminded us why community matters so much.

To our team—thank you for showing up with compassion, kindness, and so much heart. It’s an honor to serve alongside people who care this deeply. Together, we made a small difference that means a lot to the families we met.

Meet Abby, she's wrapping up her time at ASU with hopes of becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

She's interning at our office to have a well rounded approach to wellness and further understanding other natural minded practitioners and get hands on experience with patients.

When Abby isnt in school or work, you can find her crocheting, sewing, or playing softball!
