Do all feet require external support to be healthy? I don’t agree with the common suggestion that all feet need supportive shoes. If your feet feel better with supportive shoes, then by all means enjoy your dependency on foot technology. I have been having more patients notice their feet feel better when they are barefoot. If that’s you, go get some minimalist shoes or go full caveman. Your feet might like you better.

I had the honor of picking up the kid before it got dark. That means it’s time to get in a jog. I tend to use the darkness as an excuse to not to go running but I ran out of excuses today. Even if I don’t do it for myself, do it for someone else. My kid got to feel some wind in her face and say hello to a few strangers. No excuses! Do something to improve yourself today!
