WELCOME SPRING EQUINOX .... energies go direct the moment the sun is directly overhead at the equator, today, this morning, March 20th 9:46 am CT. The energies reflect equal measure of day and night, light and dark, feminine and masculine, yin and yang, the within and the without.
The rhythm of Spring fosters harmonization and stabilization of our well-being, new beginnings, new life, resurrection. We have opportunity to re-align and re-calibrate any self-distortions, clear, purify and transmute all dense energies that are incongruent with our evolving souls. We resurrect the self, like that of a fiddlehead fern spiraling open into its magnificent presence. A clarion call goes out from nature for us, as a united being, to claim our birthright as a divine human being, embodying our sovereignty.

The hum of the Universe is our life blood. We are beings of vibration, in active participation with the vibrating world around us. Lee Ann Dzelzkalns guides us in a meditative healing harmonic overture, created in 2007. Pure tones with guided imagery foster expansion of consciousness through internal adjustments (i.e. a quiet mind, physical relaxation, calm presence, liberation of soul, awakening one’s spiritual well-being.)
The foundation of Syinthesis® is based in MindBody Medicine with focused attention on the Spiritual. Through facilitation of guided sound meditative journeys, the vibration of sound, symbol, color, intention, voice, guides you to the silence of who you are. Harmonically you unfold one lotus petal at a time into the full expression of One-Self.
Sound and Spiritual Alchemy assist us to emotionally heal, open what is closed and balance imbalances. The formula of Syinthesis® is a process based on becoming evolved, refined in the self, soulfully aligned, one with our indwelling Presence. This is known as spiritual alchemy, an intentional purification of the inner life. Alchemy is a process allowing us to clear old patterns, while refining them into a ‘pure gold’ (i.e. confidence, acceptance, love, allowance) all of which are spiritual qualities. Through empowerment, individuals redirect their focus back to their own wisdom, inner strength, beauty, love, goodness and truth.
Harmonic resonance resounds in the Lotus Heart Sound Journey to foster a re-calibration and re-alignment, a re-balancing and re-harmonizing of the self in a joyous simplicity of 'Being' the One-Self. It fosters a quieting of the mind, a clearing and calming of the emotional waters, while inducing a psychophysical state of relaxation which can be liberating far beyond feelings of overwhelm.
Acoustic feminine wisdom vibrates the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls, the pure essence of the tubular chimes and Pythagorean monochord, that are rich in harmonic overtones, gently guiding the body-mind-spirit toward homeostasis and the pure spaciousness of one’s divinity. Lee Ann reminds us in this journey, that we are in active participation with Sacred Presence at all times.
The sound soul journeys ultimately guide us back to our original state of unity consciousness. When we realize the Self, the One-Self, all else is realized.
