✨ All Aboard the Polar Express, Thunderbird Residents! ✨

Our Thunderbird residents took a magical journey straight to the North Pole aboard the Polar Express, and what an unforgettable adventure it was! 🚂❄️

Everyone enjoyed wonderful entertainment, delicious hot cocoa and cookies, and—of course—a heartwarming visit from Santa Claus himself! 🎅✨ Santa brought along a special surprise for each resident: a silver bell, reminding us all that as long as we can hear the bell, the Christmas spirit will always be alive in our hearts. 🔔❤️

There was singing, smiling, and enough holiday cheer to light up the whole train. 🎶😊
What a beautiful way to kick off the season!

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes at Thunderbird Senior Living 🇺🇸

Today we were deeply honored to celebrate Veterans Day with an incredible ceremony recognizing more than 50 veterans who call Thunderbird Senior Living home — heroes who bravely served in conflicts ranging from World War II to the Vietnam War.

Together, these men and women have given over 330 years of service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication continue to inspire us every day.

We were truly blessed to have Congressman Abe Hamadeh and Council Member Ray Malnar join us in paying tribute to our residents. The ceremony was filled with tears, applause, and heartfelt gratitude — a powerful reminder of the freedom we enjoy because of their service.

To our veterans: thank you for your strength, your sacrifice, and your unwavering love for our nation. ❤️🤍💙

🎶🇺🇸 USO Show Fun at Thunderbird Senior Living! 🇺🇸🎶

Our talented residents took center stage this week for a USO-themed skit set in a lively trailer park — all to the classic tune “King of the Road!” 🚐💃

From the creative costumes to the toe-tapping line dancing, the laughter and fun were contagious. We love seeing our community come together to celebrate music, memories, and good old-fashioned fun! ❤️

👏 A huge thank you to everyone who participated and cheered them on — you truly made it a performance to remember!

Nothing says “thank you” quite like churros, ice cream, and comfy new T-shirts! We’re heading into the final two months of a spectacular year and can’t wait to celebrate all the successes our team has accomplished.

🎃👻 Thunderbird Wrapped Up October in Full Spirit! 👻🎃

Last week, Thunderbird was bursting with spirit — and not the kind that say BOO! 😉 All week long, our residents and team members showed off their spooky side with crazy hair, festive socks, black cat flair, and plenty of pumpkin-themed looks! 🧦🐈‍⬛🎃

Then on Friday (Halloween!), things got even more magical! Each department went head-to-head in a pumpkin decorating contest and joined in an incredible costume parade. This year’s twist? Every director chose a Disney movie theme — and their teams absolutely nailed it! From classic characters to creative group costumes, everyone brought their A-game and a whole lot of fun. 🏆✨

It was a blast seeing so much creativity, laughter, and team spirit throughout the community. Way to go, Thunderbird family — you made this Halloween truly unforgettable! 💛🖤🧡
