My dear friend Lee Ann Dzelzkalns of Syinthesis Sound Healing Center and I are teaming up again this fall for 2 more sessions of AcuSound! AcuSound is a powerful, healing experience that weaves together Auricular (ear) Acupuncture and Sacred Sound Vibrations. 🧡

Your ear is pretty amazing, actually. Its one of the many "microsystems" within your body - meaning your WHOLE body is reflected within it.👂

Because of this, we are able to provide a full-body, targeted treatment by placing tiny, single-use needles in just the ear, leaving your limbs free to stretch and wiggle as sound frequencies move through your field.

Many of you know that my office is now nestled within the incredible Syinthesis Sound Healing Center - well, next week Friday, December 8th, our amazing healing community is hosting its first ever Open House! 🏤

Our team of practitioners (sound healers, breath workers, massage therapists, cranio-sacral therapists, acupuncturists) will all be gathered there to meet you, answer your questions, show you around our beautiful center, and offer you mini-treatments and delicious snacks! 😇

We’ll be there from 4:30-7:30pm - Bring a friend, receive some complimentary Auricular acupuncture from me, and experience the healing vibes from our community of practitioners! 😌💞

A healing journey is often NOT linear.

It has its MANY ups and downs... 📈📉

Its moments of hope and relief ...

and its moments of frustration and pain.

Know that this is NORMAL 💯

And should be expected!
Whether you're going it alone, or under the care of helpers.

The number one thing I always tell my patients is this:
👉TRUST in your body's ability to get back to balance 👈

But give it the GRACE it needs to get there.

Because the more we stress over the *timing* of our healing, the more fuel we add to the internal anxiety fire that we're trying to extinguish! 🔥🧯

Be gentle with that body of yours.
It loves you more than you think! 💛

🧖🏼‍♀️ My gorgeous patient came in for the AcuGlow Facial + Glutathione Hydrojelly Add-On.

🥰 Glutathione is a gentle but powerful antioxidant that brightens and evens skin tone, reduces hyperpigmentation, hydrates, and encourages tissue-building and repair.

The mask solidifies in about 30 minutes, during which time we place needles on the body and let them stew 💆🏼‍♀️
