Harleigh was an affectionate 9-year-old, who loved cheerleading, diving, swimming, and playground fun. Her heart filled with joy while watching Disney animated movies and spending time with loved ones.

Joey was diagnosed with Medulloblastoma at 5 years old. With tenacity and his happy-go-lucky personality, Joey fought through intensive rehabilitation, radiation and chemotherapy for eight months. Despite radiation necrosis taking away the use of his right side, Joey continues to persevere while learning to walk, write, and to be a kid again! Now 8 years old, Joey enjoys adaptive baseball and soccer, Pokemon, Skylanders, Nerf battles with his brother TJ, and swimming.

Clare is a 9 year old who was diagnosed with DIPG when she was only 2. Despite receiving a terminal prognosis with only 8-11 months to live, Clare has defied all odds. After completing radiation, she enrolled in a chemotherapy trial at Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center funded by The Cure Starts Now. Thanks to the doctors, nurses, child life specialists, social workers and, most importantly, the generous donors who made this trial possible, Clare is entering third grade and is among the very small percentage of children who have lived more than 6 years after diagnosis.
