Behavior respite provides enhanced support for individuals whose needs go beyond traditional in-home respite, using ABA strategies to address challenging behaviors. It gives caregivers a break while ensuring skilled, compassionate care.

We also offer attendant care to assist with daily living activities and in-home daycare for care while caregivers are working or attending school. All services are delivered by trained staff who maintain routines, promote safety, and support skill development.

Our Story

Dr. David Pyles started P&A in 2011 and the agency continues to grow and expand its clientele and services. He has brought his 30+ years of experience as a clinician and teacher to the LA area to be a resource for those in need. The P&A team takes great joy in working with others to support the community.

All support provided by the company, both for the individuals we serve, as well as the team members who support them, are behavior-analytic. Why this approach from the inside out? We believe the same approaches apply just as good within the agency as they do for the community.

The passion for what we do can be seen not only in our day-to-day work but also at conferences, where we regularly present on the amazing work we are doing. Involving others in effective supports helps to disseminate behavior analysis to underserved populations (e.g, geriatric, mental health, etc).
