Tomorrow's practice will be at Klode Park Beach. Park at the trailhead and follow the signs to the beach (it's a short walk and absolutely worth it).

October is our flex month and due to tomorrow morning's anticipated temperature we are flexing our time and location. Class is 10:30 in the Weinstube.

As Summer wraps up and Octoberfest kicks off at The Bavarian Bierhaus, September is our Open Air Yoga (Vinyasa) traveling season. We'll take you and your yoga practice to transcendent locations (waterfalls, beaches, and parks) as we Discover the North Shore MKE. Locations (and possible time adjustments) will be announced here every Friday night.

Why wait so long to announce date/time?
Weather and temperature conditions in September are a little unpredictable and we want to provide you with an optimal morning practice.

We will have yoga practice In-Haus this weekend. Sprecher Root Beer Bash festivities begin immediately following class. Bring your kids with you to this Saturday's yoga!
