Through 10 Mile Markers, you'll learn essential emotional wellness skills—from managing intense emotions and identifying negative thought patterns to improving communication and motivation.

What You’ll Learn (includes a take-home workbook):
• Why emotions can feel overwhelming
• Healthy vs. unhelpful emotional responses
• Simple CBT tools for managing thoughts and feelings
• Visualization techniques and motivation tools
• Ways to improve communication and relationships
