A story as old as time!!😂

Kid #1 starts with some of the biggest challenges…

Kid #2 (and 3 and 4..) maybe isn’t struggling as much but mom sees such improvements with #1 that she realizes the benefits even if the challenges aren’t as severe…

Mom👩 decides it is time to make her health a priority and before you know it she has more energy, sleeps better, less anxiety, and is able to manage stress easier…

But for some reason, us guys👨just don’t quite buy in and feel the need to wait until we literally can’t move anymore to finally go all in with the rest of the family and get our health on track!
