Choices Pregnancy Centers Saving lives and spreading hope since 1983 💗 We’re a non-profit, privately funded community health center in compliance with federal and state laws.

We serve the Greater Phoenix area and are staffed by client advocates and medical professionals who are here to listen and provide the facts and information to help individuals make informed decisions about their body, sexuality, and unplanned pregnancy. All consultations are confidential and the majority of our services are free or at a very low cost. Choices operates centers in Glendale, Mesa and Phoenix.
