👉The most common symptom of breast cancer is a new lump or mass. A painless, hard mass that has irregular edges is more likely to be cancer, but breast cancers also can be tender, soft, or round. They can even be painful. For this reason, it's important to have any new breast mass, lump, or breast change checked by an experienced healthcare professional.
Other possible symptoms of breast cancer include:
-Swelling of all or part of a breast (even if no lump is felt)
-Skin dimpling (sometimes looking like an orange peel)
-Breast or ni**le pain
-Ni**le retraction (turning inward)
-Ni**le or breast skin that is red, dry, flaking or thickened
-Ni**le discharge (other than breast milk)
-Swollen lymph nodes (Sometimes a breast cancer can spread to lymph nodes under the arm or around the collar bone and cause a lump or swelling there, even before the original tumor in the breast is large enough to be felt.)
📌After getting the diagnosis of terminal disease contact Urgent Help Hospice and immediately organize the health care plan for you or your loved one.
☎Call at 323 300 4707 and have a free consultation and planning on your case with the social workers of Urgent Help Hospice.

👉When a patient with terminal disease is at ease and comfortable due to the effects of palliative care, then everyone breathes a little easier and the burden of caregiving becomes lighter. Here you can find the guideline that may help all caregivers while organizing their life balance and assisting the patient during terminal diseases. Following the steps discussed below, caregivers avoid having serious burnouts while also providing positive caring and attention to their loved one.
📌Analyze the assessment provided by the physician of the patient to identify high levels of caregiver burden.
📌Take a break, take care of your own health, seek respite care and save your time, because the physicians of Urgent Help Hospice can provide support not only to your loved one but also to you.
📌Identify the educational or informational needs that should be directed to appropriate resources for support such as to the nurses of Urgent Help Hospice who are delighted to share with you all the tips and secrets for providing proper healthcare to the patient.
📌Participating in psychoeducational, skills training, and therapeutic counseling interventions for caregivers, which will decrease your burden and increase the quality of life. Caregivers who take time for themselves return better able to resume their caregiver responsibilities.

📌In some cases the disease or medical treatments cause swallowing problems or block off parts of the gut, so it’s difficult to get enough nourishment. In these situations tube feeding may be suggested. This means the doctors put in a tube through the nose for short term or through the stomach wall for long term. Special nutrition formula feeds are then given through the tubes.
It may be difficult to decide when to start feeding with a tube and when to stop, thus it is highly recommended to have a consultation with the specialist and only then plan the nutrition process of the patient.
☎☎Feel free to have a free consultation with the Licensed Dietitians of Urgent Hospice calling at (323) 300 4707 and find out the methods that will work the best for you or your loved one in that difficult period.

👉Continuous Hospice Care brings shifts of acute symptom management and healthcare teams helping the patient stay at home during healthcare instead of being admitted to a hospital. Continuous hospice care is accessible when a patient needs to receive temporary 24-hour home hospice care having the following symptoms:
-Uncontrolled pain
-Trouble breathing
-Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea that don’t ease up
-Change in level of consciousness
-Restlessness or agitation
-Seizures
👉In case of being in such a crisis, the patient or the caregiver may ask for additional care by a hospice nurse as well as assistance from a hospice physician. Continuous hospice care can be offered at any place where the patient is being located.
For planning and organizing the healthcare process for the patient for FREE without filling applications for months and waiting until the hospice will admit the request, you can call ☎323 300 4707 or leave your contact details below, so the social workers of Urgent Hospice will contact you shortly and have a free consultation and present all the paths how to help you.
