QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Wide range of responsibilities, encompassing both clinical and administrative tasks - Assist dentists during procedures, prepare patients for treatment, sterilize instruments, and educate patients on oral hygiene.
Clinical Duties include but are not limited to:
• Patient Preparation: Preparing patients for dental work by taking medical histories, checking vital signs, and explaining procedures
• Chairside Assistance: Assisting the dentist during procedures by handing instruments, operating suction, and preparing materials
• Radiography: Taking and developing X-rays under the dentist's supervision
• Sterilization: Cleaning and sterilizing dental instruments and equipment
• Impressions and Models: Taking impressions of teeth for study casts and fabricating temporary restorations
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Infection Control: Adhering to strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment
• Emergency Assistance: Assisting the dentist during medical and dental emergencies
• Laboratory Duties: Performing laboratory tasks such as pouring and trimming models, fabricating trays and constructing temporary restorations
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of dental equipment
Full-time position, working Monday - Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. During surgery weeks, hours will run longer.
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include: Vacation and Sick Leave, Holiday Pay, 401K with employer 3% match, Bonuses, Continuing Education, and Dental Benefits.
