🔬 Laboratory SERVE Spotlight Week🧪

Our lab provides essential 24/7 on-site diagnostic testing, supporting our rural emergency, inpatient, and outpatient care every single day. From rapid blood chemistries and hematology to coagulation studies (PT/INR), urinalysis, and quick infection testing, their focus on fast and accurate turnaround times help providers make informed decisions when it matters most.

Behind every timely diagnosis is a dedicated lab professional working with precision, skill, and heart. 💙

Thank you to our GMC Laboratory team for the vital role you play in caring for our community!

✨ SERVE Spotlight: Administration, Credentialing & Organizational Development ✨

Behind every great patient experience is a strong foundation and that’s where Administration, Credentialing, and Organizational Development shine! 🌟

🏥 Hospital Administration is the engine that keeps everything running smoothly. From policies and operations to facilities, staffing, payroll, and patient safety, this team makes sure our healthcare professionals have what they need to deliver safe, high-quality, and equitable care every day. They support our patients, staff, and community by coordinating the systems that make exceptional care possible.

📋 Credentialing plays a critical role in protecting patients and the organization by carefully verifying providers’ education, licensure, qualifications, and experience. Their work ensures our providers are competent, compliant, and ready to care for our community while meeting regulatory standards and reducing risk.

🌱 Organizational Development is all about our people and our culture. Through customer service training, leadership development, and intentional culture-building initiatives, this team helps create an environment where employees feel empowered, engaged, and prepared to grow now and into the future.

Together, these teams form the backbone of our organization, enabling excellent patient care and supporting those who make it happen every day. We are so grateful for the impact you make! 💙

👏 Thank you, Administration, Credentialing, and Organizational Development, for being the steady force behind everything we do!
