I start with a full history, symptoms, diet analysis and an explanation of your lab results. THEN if we need we to do advance testing we do. I’ve noticed some clinics that are popping up do all this advanced testing at the start of every new patient. I’m not sure that I agree with this. I feel that your testing should be very customized to what you’re feeling and what your labs are saying and what your goals are. Once we get the information we customize your diet, recommend a supplement regiment, and encourage better lifestyle skills. Once we do the foundational work a lot of symptoms and negative findings will go away. Sometimes, though we need advanced testing to figure out your body’s toxic load or imbalances.
