Dignity First Assisted Living Now Hiring Caregivers (Glendora, CA)
Dignity First Assisted Living is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Glendora, California. We are committed to providing high quality, respectful, and loving care to our residents in a warm, home like environment.
Position Overview:
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily needs, comfort, and well being of our residents. This position requires patience, kindness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility support and ensure resident safety
• Prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding if needed
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional conditions
• Administer medications as directed (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families
Qualifications:
• Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work responsibly and independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
