Operation: Yeeterus (aka hysterectomy) is underway! While I'm not looking forward to surgery, I am anxious to be done with fibroids and look forward to life post-op.

The preparation for this procedure has taken so much of my mental energy and has left little room for much else. I'm certain that having this procedure will free up physical and mental energy to give back to people and things I love most.

In the meantime, I will be doing my best to rest and recovery, and build my strength back up. Gift Certificates will still be available online for your holiday needs.

Take care of yourself and remember what I always say before your first session begins: You are the expert of your body. You know what's best for you. Do not accept something that doesn't feel right without sufficient evidence. If your practitioners don't take your concerns seriously, advocate for yourself and/or find a practitioner who will.
