FYI for Cinnamon recall.
The list of affected brands is included in the article (short read).
Prolonged exposure to lead is linked to slowed brain functions and complications of the nervous system. No toxicities have been reported, but it is better to get rid of the product.
A simple blood test can detect lead levels if you have this product and are concerned.

New brands of cinnamon were added to the recall list this week.

Everyone is back from summer excursions and getting their routine check ups! Well done!
We draw labs in office and provide comprehensive healthcare and wellness guidance.
If you’re looking for a new physician?
Schedule a meet and greet at 484-202-0807. Dr. capoocia is still taking new patients.
Our panel will be limited to around 400 patients.
No insurance? No problem. We are a direct primary care who does not bill insurance— we do recommend you having a catastrophic plan for any major surgical or injuries that we would not be able to handle in the office.

WE ARE BACK! (Actually have been back for 2 weeks but life is hectic as an adult).
We hope to re-establish our monthly walk in September, stay tuned.
Hope to see all the kiddos for their back to school check ups. Alex was wise enough to block extra sick slots for the next 2 weeks anticipating some sharing at school.
