Sean Palladino is a writer, amateur video editor, husband, volunteer, tech enthusiast, and aspiring councilperson trying to share his ideas, art, and work ethic with the world.

Today’s Mindful Outdoor adventures included taking in the sights along the old Glens Falls Beach built into an old quarry at East Field, listening to the songs of two robin parents as they fought against the machinations of a squirrel that wanted in their nest, and hanging out with Crow, Raven, and Rabbit at the community garden in the Sagamore St Park. Grey but still filled with beauty!!!
