🌷Prenatal massage is safe and effective at alleviating low back and hip pain, pregnancy fatigue, and supporting the mental and emotional changes that occur.

🌷Clients can receive the treatment in a comfortable sidelying position, in semi reclined or the cozy “preggo pillow”, allowing for a safe, face down position.

🌷Prenatal is safe in all trimesters, but may require note of approval from a physician for high risk pregnancies. Each client is given a pregnancy specific health intake form so I can properly and safely treat.
