Happy New Year everyone! We are so excited about the year to come!
We are now offering a unique opportunity which combines guided meditation and painting for the empowerment of Self Expression. It is not necessary for you to know how to draw or paint; there are no pre-requisites...only that you desire more peace, joy and creativity in your life.
All of us are born creative beings and we somehow often loose that along the way. This experience will help you move deep into your inner being with a certified reiki instructor and inspire you to express it through the use of colors on canvas with a certified art teacher.

What is a healing crisis. We put our bodies through years and years of abuse , mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. These years of abuse then lead to the breakdown of our systems or dis-ease within our bodies. Reiki addresses these dis-eases and starts you on a healing path. A healing crisis is what the body goes through as you begin to heal. The imbalances of the system as they heal can sometimes cause discomfort and pain. Know that this is temporary but necessary to heal the body. this will not always occur but is common if your body has long standing chronic pain. Please do not let this scare you off of moving forward on your healing path.Trust me when I say that if you make the commitment to heal and stick with it with a positive outlook you will not be disappointed. Remember it takes years to become sick and it doesn't just end without your commitment. For those of you suffering with chronic pain and or cancer, my Daughter and I offer free Reiki every Thursday evening at the Catholic Church in Warrensburg. We are there from 6-9pm in the back of the Church in the Childrens chapel. Please join us and start your healing path.
