This holiday season, we were thrilled to partner with the Glens Falls Senior Center and Glens Falls Hospital to help spread some extra cheer to seniors in our community 🎄✨ With the help of Jennifer Hart and the amazing Case Management team at Glens Falls Hospital, wish lists were transformed into thoughtful gifts and delivered with so much care. We’re so grateful for this wonderful community partnership and the kindness behind it! 💜🎁

Happy Friday!

Our week came to the close with a Tree Lighting Social 🎄 and watching The Polar Express (2004) movie 🚂 after making Santa Claus crafts this morning 🎅🏻 on the final day of our December Spirit Week, Disney Day!

Today was so much fun for everyone, and we're so thankful for our amazing staff and spectacular residents ✨❤️
