Myofascial Release (MFR) is a gentle approach to reduce tension and tightness in the body's fascial system, which is a multilayered, all-encompassing network from superficial to the deepest levels.
Fascia can become damaged by direct trauma, poor posture, and dehydration, causing myofascial trigger points in the tissue.
